Shipping policy
PLEASE NOTE: All shipments may experience longer than usual processing times due to the current supply chain and pandemic related variances.
Clothing items are stored at various warehouses across the globe and may take longer to be received than at other times. Pollys World Enterprises will always aim for your product to be delivered within reasonable expectations as communicated at the time the order is placed.
Regular Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days.
All pre-orders usually ship within 10 - 30 business days.
All hot sauce is freshly handmade with real ingredients so processing times may vary.
All domestic orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Packages are usually received within 2 -3 business days from when shipped.
International orders are shipped as determined at the time your order is placed. We will contact you prior to shipping your order if there are any hold-ups or variances that need to be accounted for. Please note that we may not be able to ship to every country. If it is determined that we are unable to ship your product we will contact you to let you know and issue a refund prior to shipping. Once the final order is shipped, there are NO REFUNDS.
If the product is damaged when received, please contact us immediately and provide us with photographs of the product and the packaging prior to opening the product. We cannot guarantee that a refund or replacement will be issued but we will do our best to rectify the problem.
Polly’s World Enterprises LLC is not responsible for packages lost in the mail or packages after they say delivered. Once packages are received by USPS we are no longer responsible for the package. USPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be directed to them (1-800-275-8777).
